Well we made it home alright and safe. I will put up a full update once I find the disc and have the time to work with the pictures. Err good night everyone

We survived

So we survived the three day camp out. The end result, Ryan and I are lobster fried and worn out. Ryan is currently passed out next to me while I am blog searching. He is the cutest thing ever. I'm glad I married him.

So!

It has been a year and a half since Ryan and I got married (it will be two years come March) and we are starting to get the questions. Not like "How are you guys doing?!" No we are starting to get the "So when are we going to see babies?" Its been a year and a half... I don't mind but its just kind of weird. I think my Mom has been pestering me a lot about it. I think people think you should wait a year then they are like "Hey its your one year anniversary you should get pregnant now"

So we are in Ely right now. Its so nice to get time off of work and just vegetate for a while. Ryan is LOVING spending time with his family! Its so cute! I don't know if I'm going to unload my pictures while I'm here but once I get the opportunity too you are going to see tons of pictures.

I think some people talk before they think. They don't realize I am a sensitive person who has a hard outer shell that deflects how I really feel. That is why they always see me with a smile on my face. I am normally a reasonably happy person but people don't realize I have bad days too. Lately I've just been plain hormonally emotional. You know that stupid woman emotion where all you want t do it cry? But people will never know it unless I keep getting beaten down day after day and I start to crack. "I'm not riding you hard I'm just trying to make you see things this way"

I felt around two inches tall lately. People nitpick on me and they don't think about how I am going to feel after wards. I get nitpicked on everything down to putting a scanner into the holster. But now a nice "Hey I noticed you have the gun out of its holder can you please put it back in there when you are done? Thank you." compared to a "JANELL! Seriously?!? why is this out of the holder? Why?! I seriously have left notes on them saying leave them in there why isn't yours in it?" The only response I had was "People do everything different. I prefer to not have it in the holder because its awkward for me to do it like that" They don't realize that they just made me feel two inches tall and that for some reason they continually do it. I don't think people handle stress very well and it feels like they seem to take it out on me.

Everything went wrong for me today. I mean it was just one of those days. Everything from my hands tending to just loose their grip on what ever I was putting away and it spilling all over the floor to me cutting my hand with the box cutter and it not stopping bleeding for a good ten minutes because I got it just deep enough and just in the right place. I had an urge to kill another customer because he thought that he was being funny. "Oh no!!!! Look a nail!!!" he had me get on my hands a knees to look under shelving at this "nail" that was so horrible and then once down there he was like "its my fingernail" I was mad but I mean what am I supposed to do? Yell at the stupid 60/70 year old guy for being stupid and aggravating? point out to him "Sir I have severe nerve displacement in both my knees and it is very painful for me to kneel and you just caused me to bruise my knees for the sake of your enjoyment" Yeah I'm sure that would go over really well.

People need to think sometimes. I know I'm 21 and I'm in management but I worked my butt off since I was 17 years old and I think I deserve at least a little bit of respect.

I wonder how many people actually know this exists. All the people whom I read I'm not on their page at all and I think I have had two comments.... Oh well if people do or do not read it its their choice I guess.

i hate stupid people

You know I had this huge beautiful post written last night but somehow it got deleted and I couldnt figure out how to save it. Lets see if I can rewrite and give it some justice! (I almost lost it again!)

So I hate stupid people. there was a lady who came into my workl last night that by the time she left the entire staff wantedd to kill her. A little back story to see where I was getting annoyed. Towards the end of the night I start going through the store and pull off the products with that days date on it. I scan it out in the gun, put a black line through the barcode so people cant buy it, then I throw it in my cart nad keep going. Well one of my employees called me to the front because there was a cutstomer thats was being stupid and she didnt feel like dealing with her anymore. I walk up

"This wont scan" I look at the product. Baby squash with a black line through the product which I remember that I threw it in the corner of a basket, I remember this because for some reason I was amused by it

" Well this wont scan because its been marked out of the system and you got it out of my cart"

"no I got this off the shelf"

"No... you had to get it out of my cart"

Ok dont blantently lie to me and think you are going to get away with it. Seriously I'm not stupid! I convelutedly called her a lier with out calling her a lier and went a very long way to let her have the product. This is why I love karma! Her card was declined! Declined! DECLINED!!! Stupid broad! She went to get cash to see how much she was able to get. She had a $71 purchase and she only had $18 on her! HAHAHA! I might seem like a horrible person right now for relishing in her embarrassment, but seriously...

My book son of a witch finally came in!!! Its the sequal to Wicked. Yes I know I already told you its one of my current opsessions.

Johns going off to college soon. Its kind of weird. I've always had him around. I'm going to miss his crazyness.

I got my hair touched up on Saturday. they fixed my roots and added a couple more highlights. My next apointment is September 14th. That is the day my hair is going to be completly blonde. We didnt have time this time because I had to go get Ryan from the car repair shop.

We are trying to make sure the car is ready for the road trip to Ely. We have one more trip to the car place on Saturday. I have all the other kinks worked out to go. We both have the time off and such. I love going to see our family. I always feel so special there. Plus its fun to mess with Hootie. We evedently are going camping and they are going to force me to fishhh... ew. But I will do it once for Ryan. Why do people like to fish?

We got the air conditioner fixed but I think now the water heaters going out. When it rains to pours?

Its hot in here

Well Las Vegas is over a hundred degrees at the moment and a fabulous thing happened, our air conditioner broke and I believe its 90 degrees in here. Eh its hot.

My store opened up last Wednesday and I think that week I worked over 50+ hours last week. I mean I love it but I got very tired, I mean I passed out at like ten on Saturday night.

Yes I am covered in a lot of stickers ... I had on two sashes and a hat by the end of the day. i didn't expect our store to do as good as it is doing. it does about twice the business that my other store did. it as goes its a lot more busy than I am used to, but needless to say no one is ever bored.

On Thursday Ken and Alicia came over to drop off their car so they can go to DC before they start really moving into their new house. as soon as they left to go see the dark knight my eye felt weird. well my contact decided to tear in half in my eye. oh yes my only pair of contacts was ruined. With that in mind I had to wear my old pair of glasses til Saturday when I made the closest appointment. They screwed up my glasses and I wasn't able to get them til Sunday.

We might be a little crazy in this house but we know how to go old school. Our current thing is playing Super Mario brothers three. We all play it. Ryan finally beat it today.

Also another thing we have been doing is teasing the turkey... Yes he/she bites.

I love Katrina Lund

So as most of you know that I read a lot of peoples blogs and I love Katrina. I read every blog she has. Well I noticed a new entry on her krafty blog and I fell in love with it. I mean she has some stuff on it that is interesting and I'm far too scared to try to make (her jam meatballs) but hen she put on hot potatoe cakes. I looked at the recipe and I decided to try it out. I altered it a little bit but its a big hit! All i changed with it was i added cheese and garlic salt to it. I need to get different potatoes than I am using because we don't have red potatoes... But I wish I could have like one percent of her creativity...

My friend got married yesterday and I was able to make it to her reception for her (after I pulled major strings at work) She looked amazing and so happy. It made me think about my wedding and I'm so greatful that I married who I did.

I think I have the perfect timing when I decide to call my cousin. I don't even mean to call at a bad time. I was at work the other day and was like I should call Ricky! Yeah perfect timing like always i called right about family home evening time with a side of house cleaning... I have skills I'm telling you.

I helped my dad get a kitten finally. It seems like its going to be perfect for him. I'm glad I can help him out

Ryan and I saw the dark night at midnight when it came out. I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! Don't just think its hype go see that movie!
