Forever Family

Yes I know I'm a very slow blogger. Ryan and I had a very sad trip to Utah a few weeks ago. My cousin Jeffery's baby died of sids. As soon as Ryan and I found out we rearranged our schedules and drove to Utah. We stayed with my cousin Jeremy, his wonderful wife Nichole, and fabulous child Owenater!!! I love staying with them. Hotel Hamilton has a fabulous safari room!

The funeral was like something I had ever been to. Baby funerals are extremely sad. I am grateful that I have the church in our lives to know that familys can be together forever.

We had a blast with Owen. Ryan and him seemed like they had a lot of fun together. Yes I snuck a picture of them bumping hands in the back seat of the car.
We stopped by Nichole's Grandmas house to see gobble the turkey and Rambo the sheep. Must admit I've never seen a sheep so close before... They kinda smell but yet are cute at the same time.
Ryan and I felt like we needed to help in some way. So he went with Jer with my Uncle David and helped them move my cousins apartment. So we crawled under my cousins Jer's house and stacked everything up. If it helps it helps.
Ryan and I are very looking forward to the holidays. We are going to Ely for thanksgiving. I'm very much looking forward to taking the whole week off. Ryan and I need to find a way to go to Utah more often. Its nice to be around family.

Sad News

I found out today that my Cousin Jeffery's baby died last night. His name is Riley. He was the cutest little baby. It hit me so hard today. I found out and I just started crying. If you know me thats a big thing. I didn't even cry when I found out that my Grandpas died. Please keep them in your prayers.

yw and some 4th of July

Being in young women's I must admit is very entertaining. I know I'm in this calling for a reason. They are ... energetic. This is Autumn and Taylor slip and sliding... They are crazy!

I Believe Ryan's favorite holiday is the 4th of July. He gets all giddy and excited. We always go down to the valley of fire and grab us some illegal fireworks... not that bad just some bottle rockets. We also get normal fireworks like fountains a little tanks so that we can have tank fights.Bella seemed to enjoy them too

We set up some yard chairs by the side of the road. Jen and my mom came with and we watched the show. We are lucky the neighbors forked out a couple hundred dollars more on fireworks than we did. They had some big mortars going off. It was fun

Girls camp is the last week of July. I am going to completely be a princess. I am going to have my own tent. I'm really not a camping princess but I need my privacy and as a leader I have the ability to do such a thing. I have a feeling though that if there is a fight among the girls in camp I'm going to have a little someone extra in my tent with me. I hope not though

Long time no update...

So I'm slow, I know, but I have to admit my life has been rather boring. But I have a few things to update on.
One thing is I got released from teaching the 12 and 13 year olds with Ryan. He now is left alone to the wolves. Well I can't really say that I will probably still go into the class with him to help with the squirrels known as the class. I got a new calling though. I got called as the Young Women's secretary... yes, I have a big girl calling. Its rather strange to think that only four years ago I was in young womens and now I'm a leader. They gave me this rather big binder and it kind of scares me. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do yet but I'm sure I will get the hang of it. But I have to admit I'm OH SO EXCITED for girls camp!!! My only worry about girls camp is my knees... but I'm sure they will give me rides in the golf cart when I need them.

Ryan has taken over the lawn care for the front yard. He has taken over mowing, edging, and he's doing a great job! I have been helping (a very little help but still a help) we picked out four new rose bushes and my mom brought home one. We ended up only keeping three of the "old" rose bushes, and completely digging out two of the old ones. I completely pruned the red one down to almost nothing, and we all know the pink one is a beast and you just let it be. My mom also got two new strawberry plants, and three new tomato plants. We are perplexed at the moment. We think the dog next door attacked a passing pillow because there are feathers all over the place, even the the garage. Ryan thinks it was a dead/live pigeon but if it was a pigeon it would have had to have been two because there is A LOT of feathers.

Keith is going out of town for about a month, so we get a new rabbit in the back yard. Boo has come to stay with us. His nails were way too long so I gave him a mani and a pedi. He will stay on his back and Bella wont... but he's wilder if that makes an sense. Depending on what sex they are I will fix them but I think they are both boys.

The other animals are doing good. Molly is still fat and grey. I think she has allergies and wont live that much longer. Patches (who will be 18 the 16th of may) is still cute and perky. I thought I would catch this for you all. He likes getting water out of my moms sink. He will lead you to it so you will fill it up for him. Its ok he's cute and we love him.
